Toronto, ON –  With a small donation to The SickKids Hospital you can workout at Toronto’s leading provider of fitness programs from April 2-6 for free.  Conor Kelly, owner of the Evolution Fitness, calls them “Turkey-Busting Workouts” because they burn off those monstrous calories we all consume during the Easter Weekend.

“This has become an annual tradition here,” says Kelly, “because this is such a wonderful family and friends holiday, and a time to show our appreciation for all we have, especially our health.”


Evolution Fitness Boot Camp is open to all Toronto residents and their family and friends on April 2nd at 6.30am, the 3rd at 7.00am, the 4th at 6.30am, the 5th at 7.30am and the 6th at 8.00am.  The cost of admission is just a small donation to the SickKids Hospital ($20 is suggested), otherwise it’s completely free to everyone who wants a great workout with fun people.

“All that we ask is that folks register in advance at this page so we can be sure we have enough equipment on hand to accommodate everyone,” says Kelly. 

After you register, we’ll email you all the information you need to attend boot camp!

“Boot camp is perfect for all folks regardless of age or fitness level – we make everyone feel welcome and customize the workouts so everybody gets what they need.”

According to Mr. Kelly, Evolution Fitness personal trainers will be available for free one-on-one training sessions at a suggested donation of $20 per session.

"We're going to do our best to accommodate everyone," he says.  Those wanting to register for a personal training session will need to email info@personaltrainerstoronto.com or call (416) 220-7883.  Sooner is better as spots will fill up.

Evolution Fitness Turkey-Busting Workouts will be held at Florida Jack’s, 782 Yonge St., on the southwest corner of Yonge and Bloor, next to the Sunrise Records.

“We anticipate a great turnout because folks enjoy working out with family, friends and friendly people.  And because we’re supporting a great cause, The SickKids Hospital,  it’s a great way for us to give thanks for our health, our families, friends and good fortune, and help others who are less fortunate at the same time,” explains Kelly.
